Kamala Griffith, DC

Dr. Kamala Griffith was born in Missouri and grew up in Tennessee and Florida. She graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and a minor in Environmental Studies and Religious Studies. For several years, she worked as a teacher before studying chiropractic.

In 2004, she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Western States (UWS) Chiropractic College, specializing in posture correction and rehabilitation. Kamala is married to Paul Griffith, a Central Catholic High School teacher, and is the mother of two active children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and reading.

Barbara Beale, LAC

Barbara is one of three original founders of TriNatural Healthcare and is in her 24th year of her acupuncture practice. Her background as an athletic trainer and exercise physiologist gives her the experience to treat pain or dysfunction. She is originally from Michigan but has lived in the Portland & Vancouver area since 1991. Barbara’s hobbies include jogging, bird watching, and playing the guitar.

Kari Johnston, DC

Dr. Kari Johnston graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. After graduating, she went on to study chiropractic at the University of Western States and finished with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2014. She began her career at TriNatural Healthcare in March 2015.

Dr. Johnston incorporates numerous treatments to create a plan specific to the patients’ needs. Some of these treatments include chiropractic adjustments, myofascial therapy, and therapeutic exercise. Her goal is to achieve maximum pain relief and restore function. Dr. Johnston also holds an advanced certification in the Graston Technique, a form of deep tissue myofascial therapy.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and working out.

Sean Robins, DC

Dr. Sean Robins has over 17 years of chiropractic experience, the last two years here at TriNatural Healthcare. His main area of expertise is in alleviating neuromusculoskeletal disorders. He graduated with a B.S. in Neuroscience with honors from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). Later, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic, summa cum laude, from the University of Western States in Portland, OR.

Dr. Robbins follows his passion for helping people by treating human structural system disorders through chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue manipulation, and home exercises. He believes that health is more than the mere absence of disease. Instead, he advocates living a healthy lifestyle by moving well, eating well, and thinking well. In his free time, Dr. Robins enjoys hiking, skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, and reading.

Lavonne Bailey (Perry), LMT

Lavonne has been a massage therapist for over 25 years and has spent the last nine years practicing at TriNatural Healthcare. She has a wonderfully unique touch, which helps her practice light touch techniques, deep tissue massages, and therapeutic massages. She is also a closet baker and brings yummy treats to her work family.

Jill Guzman, LMT

Jill has been with TriNatural Healthcare for over eight years and has practiced for 12. She loves doing what she does and truly believes that massage therapy is excellent self-care for any and everybody! Jill enjoys working on medium to deep pressure massages and focuses on treatment-oriented massage. She is also certified in intraoral (TMJD) techniques. When not at work, she spends a ton of time outdoors, camping, fishing, and crabbing!

David Mendez Cantu, LMT

David came to TriNatural Healthcare directly from his LMT program at Western States University. He has been with us since 2016 and focuses on relieving pain, reducing stress, and improving body function for all of his clients. To enhance his treatments, David incorporates tools and implements, such as myofascial cups and instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM). He believes strongly in improving his practice with tried and true methods. His goal is for his clients to achieve their goals and improve their health.

Nadya Morgunov, LMT

Nadya graduated from East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, OR, in 2018. For the past two years, she has been working for TriNatural Healthcare. Nadya specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial, and trigger point massages. In her free time, she dances, enjoys the great outdoors, and works out. She finds that movement is key to enjoying life, and she translates this belief into bodywork that helps others feel great. To help release stress and chronic pain, she incorporates deep compression, stretching, and Thai and Ashiatsu massage into her practice.

April Chambers, LMT

April joined TriNatural Healthcare in October 2019 and has been practicing chiropractic services since 2006. April has worked in various settings, including spas, yoga centers, chiropractic clinics, and her own home office. She has completed the Carole Osbourne pre-and perinatal massage training and enjoys working with expectant mothers. Her treatment style combines deep relaxation work with myofascial techniques and encourages healing. She, her husband Brian, and her chihuahua Buddy enjoy being in the woods and identifying plants and fungus, though Buddy is just in it for the squirrels.

Wolfgang Kuno Alexander Nechtan (Wolf), LMT

Wolf has been a massage therapist since April 2012 and joined TriNatural Healthcare in June 2020. His biggest strength as a massage therapist is feeling muscle density under his hands and using that information to determine what areas need attention. Although this process is not an exact science, it always yields positive results. His biggest flaw is wanting to help patients in every way possible but not having enough time to do so. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and her mother.
